The Chain Drive Roofing Roll Forming Machinel is made of galvanized or prepainted steel, typically 0.3–0.8mm thick. It features a curved, overlapping tile shape with decorative embossing. The panel is used for high-end metal roofing, offering a classic look with modern durability for residential or light commercial buildings.

Process:

After stable decoiling and guiding, the sheet is roll-formed into a tile shape, followed by dynamic hydraulic punching and flying cut. This ensures continuous, high-speed production without pausing, ideal for decorative roofing panels requiring accurate patterns and smooth cuts.
