1.2 Profile

The C cross bracing profile is made from 1.5–2.5mm galvanized or coated steel. Its C-shaped cross section ensures high rigidity. Pre-punched mounting holes facilitate assembly. Widely used in warehouse racks, shelving systems, and industrial storage frames. Features include precise dimensions, consistent quality, customizable length, and compatibility with chain-driven roll forming production lines.

1.3 Production Process

Flow Chart:

Hydraulic Decoiler → Entry Guide → Roll Former → Hydraulic Punch → Hydraulic Cutter → Auto Stacker

Process:

Steel coils are fed through a hydraulic decoiler and guided into the roll former. The chain-driven roll former shapes the C profile with high precision. Hydraulic punching creates pre-drilled mounting holes. The hydraulic cutter trims each profile to length. The finished C cross bracing is collected neatly on the out table.
