Process:

Steel coils are continuously fed into the roll former with arched gantry structure. Chain drive ensures stable transmission while forming high-strength box beams. Flying saw cuts beams without stopping, producing precise lengths without burrs or waste. Out tables handle finished beams efficiently for storage or downstream processes.
