Profile
The square downspout pipe is made from 1.2-2.0mm galvanized steel, formed via cold roll forming. Features embossed ribs for added strength and exterior lock edges for tight sealing. Suitable for rainwater drainage in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Customizable lengths, rib patterns, and profiles enhance structural rigidity and aesthetic appeal.

Production Process
Flow Chart: Decoiler -> Guide -> Roll Forming Machine -> Hydraulic Cutter -> Out Table
Process: Steel coil feeds through guide rollers into the wall-frame, chain-driven roll former. Early forming stations emboss ribs to enhance strength. Subsequent stations shape square profiles with precise exterior lock edges. Hydraulic cutter accurately trims lengths. Out table collects finished pipes. This process ensures high precision, structural integrity, and consistent production efficiency.
