IBR Roof Panel Roll Forming Machine is a specialized cold roll forming line designed to produce popular IBR metal roofing sheets widely used in industrial buildings, warehouses, and residential housing projects. Using galvanized or PPGI coils from 0.3-0.8mm thickness, the machine shapes coils into high-rib panels with excellent strength, water-shedding performance, and aesthetic appearance.
The production line is equipped with precision-machined rollers, a heavy-duty welded frame, and accurate forming stations to ensure consistent profile dimensions and long-term stability. With a user-friendly PLC touch-screen control system, operators can easily adjust length, batch quantities, and speed to achieve smooth output at 10-15m/min. Hydraulic cutting ensures clean edges without deformation.
