The IBR Roof Panel Roll Forming Machine is a purpose-designed cold roll forming line built for producing high-quality IBR metal roof panels suitable for industrial facilities, warehouses, and residential buildings. It processes galvanized or pre-painted galvanized (PPGI) coils with a thickness range of 0.3–0.8 mm, forming strong, durable panels that provide excellent structural integrity, efficient water drainage, and a polished, professional appearance.
The machine features precision-ground rollers, a heavy-duty welded frame, and accurately positioned forming stations to guarantee stable profile dimensions and reliable operation over long production periods. Its intuitive PLC touch-screen interface allows operators to easily set panel length, batch quantities, and line speed, producing panels at a consistent 10–15 meters per minute. The integrated hydraulic cutting system ensures precise, burr-free edges, maintaining both panel quality and aesthetic finish.
