Pure nickel wire 0.025mm (0.001") is a high-purity, ultra-fine conductive material engineered for applications demanding exceptional electrical conductivity, thermal stability, and corrosion resistance. With a nickel content exceeding 99.9%, this wire delivers minimal resistivity (6.84 µΩ·cm) and consistent performance across temperatures ranging from -200°C to 300°C (-328°F to 572°F). Its micron-scale diameter ensures flexibility for intricate coil winding in microelectronics, while retaining tensile strengths up to 550 MPa for reliability in aerospace sensors and implantable medical devices.

Cold-drawn to tolerances of ±0.001mm, the wire undergoes hydrogen annealing to eliminate internal stresses, achieving a surface roughness (Ra) <0.1 µm for high-frequency applications. Compliant with ASTM F2063, IEC 60115, and GB/T 5235 standards, it resists oxidation in humid environments (e.g., tropical climates) and halogen-rich atmospheres, making it ideal for Southeast Asian PCB manufacturing and Middle Eastern oilfield instrumentation.

Available in spool lengths of 1,000–5,000 meters, the wire is compatible with automated winding machines and vacuum deposition systems. Custom options include gold-plated or PTFE-coated variants for enhanced solderability and insulation in high-voltage circuits.
