The uniform bright annealed wire cross-section maintains steady material delivery during continuous shift production, avoiding inconsistent coating density common with unrefined low-purity nickel-aluminum wires. Deposited layers function as both standalone heat-resistant shielding and transitional bonding base for wear-resistant overlay coatings, with controlled 0.10–0.15 mm film thickness ideal for boiler heat exchangers, glass forming molds and furnace fixture surface reinforcement under ISO 9001 controlled production standards.

A1: Continuous stable service at 800℃ in air; short-term peak exposure tolerates 830℃ without coating spalling.
