Manufacturing Process

Our factory owns advanced production lines and machines including two bending calibration machines, hydraulic plate shearing machine, cutting machine, slitting machine, two gas welding machines, hydraulic straightener, etc. All insure us to produce steel poles with best quality.

Finshed Products

Our factory has professional engineers to design the practical poles and save the cost for our clients.

But to design the practical poles for customers use, normally we need customer to provide us some parameter, like as following :

- Pole top design load

- Where is the position of the load  (the distance from the top)

- The wind Speed

- How will the wire distribute

- Pole type with Burial Type or Base Plate type

- The connections mode , use slip joint or flange

- and others we can further more discuss when we need.

Besides these Nea standard poles, our factory also produces 50FT-120FT Transmission poles, Steel Lighting Poles, Traffic Signal Poles, Substation Structures, Steel Crossarm, Steel Towers and other steel components.   

Inspection
To ensure the quality, we have professional engineers to inspect the poles during the manufacturing and before delivery.
We have Lab Test, Workload Test, Steel thickness Test, Galvanization thickness Test, etc.

Packing and Delivery

* We have different packing to meet your requirement.

1. No packing, just bare poles to be delivered directly. This is the most economic way.

2. Sack wrap.

3. Non-woven fabrics wrap.

* We normally use 40ft container and our Port limit weight for 40ft container is 26Ton.

* If poles are with flange or in order to avoid any scratch while delivery, we will use 40ft open top container, which is a bit more costive than the 40ft container.

*Delivery schedule is based on your quantity. Normally within 30 working days after receiving your deposit. If large quantity, then partial delivery is allowed.
