Reinforced graphite composite gaskets with tinplate inserts are available in thicknesses from 1.0mm to 6.0mm. For optimal performance, select the thinnest material suitable for your specific application requirements.
Product Construction
These gaskets feature flexible graphite sheets on both sides with a perforated metal insert. Standard metal thickness ranges from 0.2mm to 0.25mm carbon steel (tinplate), with optional SS201, 304, or 316 stainless steel available. Carbon content options include 95%, 97%, 98%, and 99% purity grades.
