Construction & Materials
Core Structure
Two layers of 0.2-0.25mm perforated metal (typically carbon steel/tinplate) with flexible graphite sheet insert. Alternative metal options include SS201, 304, and 316 stainless steel. Graphite purity levels available: 95%, 97%, 98%, 99%.
Thickness Options
Standard thickness: 1.0-6.0mm. For thicker applications (3+2 type construction): Metal-Paper-Metal-Paper-Metal layered structure.
