Product Description
Flexible graphite sheets, foils, papers, tapes, and strips are high-performance sealing materials manufactured through a specialized process. These materials are created by chemically treating natural graphite flakes and heating them at elevated temperatures to form graphite worms, which are then rolled into flexible graphite coils. Free of binders and fillers, these expanded graphite coils offer exceptional purity, corrosion resistance, radioactivity resistance, high/low-temperature tolerance, excellent compression resilience, self-lubrication, and impermeability, making them ideal for low-pressure sealing applications.

- Primary material for graphite packing rings
- Combined with metal sheets to create graphite composite sheets for various sealing gaskets
- Processed into thick plates for manufacturing low-pressure gaskets or high-temperature insulation pads
Standard Specifications
Available in widths of 1000mm or 1500mm, coil lengths of 30m, 50m, or 80m. Plate sizes include 1000mm or 1500mm dimensions. Coil thickness ranges from 0.15-1.0mm, while plate thickness spans 1.0-5mm. Material density varies from 0.8-1.25g/cm³. Custom specifications available upon request.
