Material Overview
Flexible graphite material, also known as expanded graphite sheet or graphite tape, is manufactured from natural graphite flakes through chemical treatment and high-temperature thermal expansion. This process creates exfoliated graphite structures with ultralow bulk density of approximately 3 kg/m³. The expanded graphite particles are compressed into rolls or sheets without binders or additives, ensuring exceptional purity and performance characteristics.
