Manufacturing Process
Natural graphite flakes undergo chemical intercalation followed by rapid thermal expansion at 800-1000°C, creating exfoliated graphite particles with bulk density of ~3 kg/m³. These expanded particles are mechanically compacted into continuous coils or sheet formats without adhesives or additives, ensuring 99%+ purity.
