Product Construction
Sandwich design featuring two layers of pure flexible graphite (95-99% carbon content) bonded with a perforated metal insert (0.2-0.25mm carbon steel/tinplate, SS201, 304, or 316). This advanced construction ensures low creep relaxation, excellent compression recovery, and corrosion resistance.
Performance Specifications
Operating temperature up to 800°C with pressure resistance exceeding 100 bar. Available in thickness options from 1.0-6.0mm and standard sizes ranging from 500x500mm to 1000x1500mm.
