Customizable reinforced graphite gasket sheets engineered specifically for cryogenic and high-vacuum systems. Available in thicknesses from 1.0 to 6.0 mm, with the thinnest suitable option recommended for optimal performance in your application.
Construction & Materials
Our graphite gasket sheets feature two layers of pure, flexible graphite sheet sandwiching a 0.2-0.25 mm perforated metal insert. Metal insert options include carbon steel (tinplate) or stainless steel grades SS201, 304, or 316. Available carbon content levels: 95%, 97%, 98%, or 99%.
