Our factory-direct Fragile-Free Reinforced Graphite Composite Gasket delivers exceptional sealing performance for demanding industrial applications. Available in thicknesses from 1.0mm to 6.0mm with customizable dimensions up to 1000×1500mm.
Each gasket features two layers of pure flexible graphite sheets sandwiching a 0.2-0.25mm perforated metal insert. The metal core is typically carbon steel (tinplate) with optional alternatives including SS201, 304, or 316 stainless steel.
Choose from carbon content options of 95%, 97%, 98%, or 99% to match your specific application requirements.
