Laminated flexible graphite layers on both sides of perforated metal core (0.2-0.25mm carbon steel/tinplate), with stainless steel options including SS201, SS304, and SS316. Available in graphite purities from 95% to 99%.
Superior Thermal & Pressure Performance
Maintains integrity under extreme temperatures and rapid thermal cycling. Ideal for turbine systems, exhaust manifolds, and pressurized steam applications.
Excellent Seal Integrity & Chemical Resistance
Provides superior surface adaptability to minimize leaks, with robust anti-delamination performance and resistance to oils and chemicals.

Available Thickness
From 1.0mm to 6.0mm. High-strength multi-layer designs available including 3+2 bonded structure (Graphite-Metal-Graphite-Metal-Graphite) using special lamination process.
Standard Dimensions
500×500mm, 500×1000mm, 500×1500mm, 1000×1000mm, and 1000×1500mm. Custom sizes available upon request.
