High hard seal gate valve special machine

The high-hardness sealing gate valve has two sealing surfaces. The most commonly used mode is that the two sealing surfaces form a wedge. The wedge angle varies with the valve parameters. Main features

3. The valve body is precision-casted with ductile iron, which has high strength, light weight and precise geometric dimensions. The sealing surface is surfacing with aluminum bronze or stainless steel, precision-ground, with low resistance, and has compensation function and long service life.
4. The inside and outside of the valve body are coated with non-toxic powder epoxy resin to enhance corrosion resistance and improve water supply quality. The medium flow direction is not restricted, the channel is smooth, and the flow resistance coefficient is small.
