Compressor belt tension

The belt tension should be maintained at 376N±50N (approximately 38kg±5kg). The belt can be turned by hand; if it can be flipped 90 degrees, the tension is normal. Too loose will cause slippage and poor cooling effect. Excessive tightness will accelerate bearing wear and generate noise. If the surface of the belt is bright or it makes a "squeaking" sound when starting, it needs to be replaced in time.

Refrigerant and refrigeration oil

Make sure there is an adequate supply of refrigerant (refrigerant). A lack of it can lead to poor lubrication and cause cylinder pulling. Special refrigerants and refrigeration oil should be used. Avoid mixing inferior products (for example, different types of refrigerants may cause abnormal operation of the compressor and corrosion of pipelines).
Check if there are any oil stains (signs of leakage) at the pipe joints. When repairing, replace the special sealing ring and apply refrigeration oil. The liquid storage tank needs to be replaced every two years (the failure of the desiccant will clog the pipeline).

Wear and tear of the circuit system and components

Check whether the circuit connection is normal, eliminate short circuits or poor contact, and avoid the compressor from failing to start due to circuit faults.

Regularly inspect the wear of the internal parts of the compressor. If severe wear occurs, replace them in time to prevent cylinder pulling or failure.
