Complete Production Line Configuration
The integrated production line includes: magnetic loading machine, FXL-140-10 no muffle belt bright carburizing/quenching furnace, quenching oil tank, washing machine, FXL-70-5 continuous mesh belt conveyor tempering furnace, blackening tank, and drying line. This automated system completes carburizing, quenching, tempering, blackening, and drying processes in sequence.
