Constructed with high-quality GB steel and Q235 steel plate welding, featuring firm and reliable weld structures without defects. The overall strength ensures minimal deformation with smooth, clean appearance.
Advanced Furnace Lining
- Refractory layer: Energy-saving lightweight high-strength refractory clay masonry
- Thermal insulation: 200mm wide aluminum silicate fiber cotton filling
- Protection system: Silicon nitride hearth baffles prevent workpiece impact and oxide contact with heating elements
- Bottom construction: Diatomite thermal insulation bricks, fireclay brick insulation, heavy high alumina brick bearing parts, and CrMnN mid-temperature casting steel bed plate
