Equipment Construction
This industrial tempering furnace consists of furnace body (including lining), oven door with opening mechanism, heating elements, hot air circulation system, and electrical control system.
Furnace Body Structure
Constructed from high-quality GB steel and Q235 steel plate welding with firm, reliable welds. Features smooth surfaces without defects such as porosity, inclusion, or incomplete fusion. The robust structure ensures excellent strength, minimal deformation, and clean appearance.
Furnace Lining Composition
- Refractory layer made of energy-saving light and high-strength refractory clay
- 50mm thick fire baffle between refractory and insulation layers
- 150mm thick aluminum silicate fiber cotton insulation layer
- Bottom load-bearing section composed of diatomite insulation brick, standard fire-resistant clay brick, and heavy high-aluminum brick
