Furnace Chamber Features
The muffle features graphite sealing with N2 inlet pipe, pressure meter, safety valve, and vent pipe. The muffle tank includes temperature display for precise monitoring.
Annealing Process
After loading workpieces, the furnace heats to 300-400℃ with temperature holding and exhaust, while introducing N2 gas. Following exhaust, heating continues to 800℃ with temperature holding for 3-6 hours, then cooling with the furnace to 280℃ before discharge.
