Yes, If the customers need, we will send engineers for furnace installation and testing,And also will offer the professional operate training for the working. we will offer the details operate manual and the drawings for learning first. So please don't worried about the using of the furnace.

Yes, of couse. We are member of the Guangdong heat treatment association, we always have meeting to discuss the newest technical of the heat treatment process. And our engineers is have rich experience. So we will offer the best suggestion of the heat treatment technical.
5.What is the quality warranty period of your furnace?
After completion of equipment installation and testing, within a year, if there is any quality problems in equipment, we will provide free spare parts to you.
