This engineering thermoplastic (PP) offers the best stiffness-to-density ratio among commodity plastics. Produced via Spheripol or Novolen processes, its thermal expansion coefficient (8-10×10⁻⁵/°C) and moisture absorption (<0.01%) enable dimensional stability in humid environments.
