The GYFTZY 2-288 core fiber optic cable is a high-density, non-metallic, fully dielectric cable designed for harsh outdoor environments. Featuring a compact and robust structure, it integrates 288 single-mode fibers (G.652D/G.657A1) within multiple color-coded loose tubes, each filled with water-blocking gel for superior moisture resistance. The central strength member utilizes FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) to ensure lightning protection and electromagnetic interference immunity. Multiple layers of reinforcement include aramid yarns for tensile strength (≥4000N) and a crush-resistant LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) sheath compliant with IEC 60754-1/2 standards. The cable's corrugated steel tape armor and IP68-rated design provide exceptional mechanical protection, UV resistance (-40°C to +70°C operational range), and rodent protection, making it ideal for aerial, duct, and direct burial installations in long-haul networks, FTTx deployments, and power grid communications. Its optimized bending radius (≤20× cable diameter) and compliance with ITU-T G.652/YD/T 901 ensures seamless compatibility with high-speed 400G/800G transmission systems.
