1. power line

the 2000W continuous welding machine has three main power supplies, which are L, N, and PE. "L" represents the live line, "N" represents the neutral line, and "PE" represents the ground line. The overall power of the equipment is about 10KW, and the operating voltage is 220V 50/60hz.

2. Protective gas path

In welding operations, the use of protective gas can well protect the optical lens inside the gun head to prevent dust from entering the gun body and causing the lens to burn. Usually, we can use nitrogen and argon as the protective gas during welding operations, and the pressure range is between 0.4 and 0.6Mpa

3. cooling water

The laser used in our equipment is a water-cooled laser, so we need to add
cooling water in the chiller before power, the first injection amount needs to be
above the green level line, and the water level will drop after the equipment is
powered on, so please pay attention to the level line and add cooling water in time.

Note: Only when the water temperature displayed on the chiller panel reaches the set range, the equipment can perform light operation. The temperature ranges from 25 to 28 ° C in summer and 20 to 22 ° C in winter.
