Our regular test(CBR) is 2000H,75℃-85℃,and 50 fans are operating at the same time. Sometimes test time will exceed 10000H for special client.

Application:
G5 grade balls:
Balls are the first factor for vibration of the bearing. Surface quality of the ball and waviness is a necessary condition for producing low-noise bearing. We use G5 grade balls by image inspection each.
Grinding Accuracy:
Strict control of ring curvature below 15um lead to constant fan speed, current and power consumption.
