Fiberglass Geogird
Fiberglass geogrid is knitted by glass fiber filaments and coated with bitumen to provide a good bond with the asphalt
layers, can strengthen the asphalt layer extend the service life of pavement layers and decrease the occurrence rate
of reflective cracking under cyclic traffic load.
Features
The product has the characteristics of high strength, low elongation, high temperature resistance, high modulus, light weight,good toughness, corrosion resistance, and long service life.
1. Old asphalt concrete pavement, reinforced with asphalt surface layer to prevent diseases.
2. Rebuilding cement concrete pavement into composite pavement to suppress reflection cracks caused
by plate shrinkage.

Professional Installation Guide :
Surface Preparation:
Mill existing pavement as needed
Apply polymer-modified tack coat (0.6-0.8 kg/m²)
Geogrid Placement:
Unroll with machine direction perpendicular to traffic flow
Minimum 300mm side overlaps, 500mm end overlaps
Asphalt Placement:
Minimum 75mm overlay thickness recommended
Maintain ≥150°C mix temperature during placement
