Polyester geogrid is a geosynthetic material made of polyester fiber and warp knitted directional structure. It has the characteristics of high strength and corrosion resistance and is widely used in the field of civil engineering.

1. Raw Materials and Process
·Using high-strength polyester polyester fiber or polypropylene fiber as raw materials, it is woven through warp knitting directional structure, and the intersection is reinforced with high-strength fiber filaments to form a strong connection point.
·Some products are PVC coated to enhance weather resistance and interlocking force with soil.
2. Structural Features
·The warp and weft yarns are not bent, forming a flat mesh structure with small vertical and horizontal strength differences.
·The mesh size is large, the water permeability is good, and it can effectively lock the filler.

Construction method
1. Key points for laying
· The site needs to be flat and compacted, and the main force direction of the geogrid is perpendicular to the axis of the embankment.
· After tensioning and fixing, the overlap width is not less than 10cm to avoid wrinkles.
2. Filler requirements
· Avoid using low-quality fillers such as frozen soil and swamp soil, and give priority to sand and gravel materials.
