Key points of Construction Technology

1. Base surface treatment

The base layer needs to be compacted ≥95%, the surface should be flat without sharp objects, and the slope should be smoothly transitioned to avoid stress concentration.

2. Welding process

Hot melt welding is recommended, the temperature should be controlled at 280-300℃, and the weld strength should reach more than 90% of the parent material. The welder needs to be preheated during low-temperature construction.

3. Laying specifications

Extend from low to high, and the longitudinal joints should be staggered by more than 1m to avoid the corner area. After laying, an inflation test (0.06Mpa pressure) is required to ensure sealing.
