HDPE Uniaxial Geogrids are made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) through extrusion, punching, and unidirectional stretching, creating a high-strength, low-elongation grid structure with long elliptical apertures (25–50mm)

Manufacturing process


It is made of high molecular polymers that are extruded into thin sheets, punched into regular meshes,and then

stretched longitudinally. In this process, the polymer is oriented linearly and forms an elongated elliptical mesh

 structure with uniform distribution and high node strength. This structure has a very high tensile strength and tensile modulus.

In particular, our company's products have high early (elongation of 2%-5%) tensile strength and tensile modulus

 that exceed international standards. It provides an ideal chain system for bearing and diffusing forces for the soil.

This product has a high tensile strength (>150Mpa), is suitable for various soils,  and is a widely used reinforcement material.
