How to Use HDPE Geomembrane?
Prepare → Deploy → Weld → Test → Anchor
Prepare – Clean and level the ground, remove sharp objects, add geotextile if needed.
Deploy – Unroll and position the geomembrane on the surface.
Weld – Overlap sheets and join with hot wedge or extrusion welding.
Test – Check seams with air, vacuum, or spark testing to ensure no leaks.
Anchor – Fix edges in trenches or cover with soil/sand for protection.
Practical Tips
Install during calm weather (avoid strong winds).
Keep the geomembrane clean and dry before welding.
Only trained technicians should operate welding equipment.
Store rolls in a shaded area to prevent UV damage before use.
