The Uniaxial 150‑50 KN/m Woven Polyester Geogrid is a high‑strength soil reinforcement solution engineered

from premium polyester (PET) yarns. Through a precision weaving process and advanced coating technology

(PVC, asphalt, or acrylic), this geogrid delivers exceptional tensile strength in the longitudinal direction,

making it ideal for projects demanding long‑term stability under high static and dynamic loads.

Designed for railway subgrades, subway foundations, highway embankments, and steep slopes,

the 150‑50 type offers a machine‑direction (MD) tensile strength of 150 KN/m and a cross‑direction (CMD)

strength of 50 KN/m, ensuring reliable performance in the most critical soil reinforcement applications.

Base Reinforcement of Unpaved and Paved Roads:

This is the most common application. It is placed at the interface between the subgrade and

the base course aggregate to create a stiffer, more stable working platform and to extend the service life of the road.

 

 

Parking Lots and Construction Platforms:

Used to stabilize weak soils, allowing for construction traffic and providing a stable foundation for asphalt paving.

 

Railway Track Bed Stabilization:

Placed under the ballast layer to reduce settlement, confine the ballast, and reduce maintenance cycles.

 

Foundation Mattresses and Embankments:

Used to create a stable, reinforced platform over very soft soils for embankment construction.

 

Landfill Liners and Caps: Sometimes used to reinforce the soil cover over landfill cells
