Our biofunctional activated carbon filter media adopts a multi-layer composite structure design, based on the anti-bacterial and anti-viral PET support layer, combined with modified coconut shell activated carbon with high iodine value (iodine value > 1200mg/g) and efficient melt-spray spray layer, to create an "interception-adsorption-locking" collaborative purification system. It can intercept 99.7% of PM2.5, pollen and dust particles, modified activated carbon layer specializing in formaldehyde, benzene series and car odor (TVOC purification rate ≥92%), while through CTC adsorption capacity ≥60 strong performance, deep removal of sulfur dioxide and other toxic gases. Support gram weight, size and functions (such as anti-mold, anti-allergy) customized production.
