Product Description

Vertical self priming sewage water pump is a robust and efficient pump specifically engineered to handle wastewater containing solids,
debris, and fibrous materials without clogging. Its key feature is the integrated self-priming mechanism, which allows the pump to
automatically evacuate air from the suction line and casing upon startup, eliminating the need for manual priming or a foot valve even 
after the pump has been run dry.
Constructed from durable, corrosion-resistant materials like cast iron or stainless steel, these pumps often feature a vortex or 
semi-open impeller design that enables the smooth passage of solids. They are essential for a wide range of applications, 
including draining septic tanks, emptying underground sump pits, moving raw sewage in municipal systems, and 
managing floodwater contaminated with sludge. Renowned for their reliability, ease of maintenance, and ability to 
operate under tough conditions, self-priming sewage pumps are a critical component in modern wastewater management.

Standard scope of Supply
1). Diesel pump unit: Diesel engine, water pump, cooling fan, cooling water tank, steel structure base (including fuel tank 80-120L), battery, connecting wires, exhaust muffler, control panel.
2). Standard design is the pump group, the fuel tank, control panel, battery composite type.
3). Can be designed according to customer requirement pump group, the fuel tank, control panel, battery, outdoor rainproof cabinet composite outdoor type.
4). Can be designed according to customer requirement trailer (four or two wheels) moveable type.

Structural characteristics
Pump shell, impeller, made of ductile iron or alloy material;
With access port, easy to daily maintenance;
Mechanical seal made of silicon carbide material;
Front and rear wear discs with rubber;
The whole body laser cutting, automatic welding, phosphating spray treatment.
