Product Description

Diesel engine water pump is a compact, portable, and robust pump specifically designed for removing 
accumulated water from construction sites, trenches, foundations, and other confined work areas. 
Its primary function is to ensure a dry and safe working environment, preventing water damage and 
delays in the construction schedule.
Despite its smaller size, it is built to handle tough site conditions, often capable of pumping water containing small solids, 
silt, and sand typical of construction runoff. These pumps are typically electrically powered for indoor/controlled sites or 
engine-driven (gasoline) for remote locations without power access. Key features include a lightweight design for easy transport
by a single person, automatic float switches for hands-off operation, and durable materials to resist corrosion and abrasion.
This type of pump is an essential tool for temporary dewatering, managing rainwater, seepage, and minor groundwater ingress,
making it a fundamental piece of equipment for maintaining productivity on any construction project.

Standard scope of Supply
1). Diesel pump unit: Diesel engine, water pump, cooling fan, cooling water tank, steel structure base (including fuel tank 80-120L), battery, connecting wires, exhaust muffler, control panel.
2). Standard design is the pump group, the fuel tank, control panel, battery composite type.
3). Can be designed according to customer requirement pump group, the fuel tank, control panel, battery, outdoor rainproof cabinet composite outdoor type.
4). Can be designed according to customer requirement trailer (four or two wheels) moveable type.

Structural characteristics
Pump shell, impeller, made of ductile iron or alloy material;
With access port, easy to daily maintenance;
Mechanical seal made of silicon carbide material;
Front and rear wear discs with rubber;
The whole body laser cutting, automatic welding, phosphating spray treatment.
