Galvanized Offshore Pipeline Counterweight Welded Wire Mesh is a factory-fabricated reinforced concrete structure. By welding the steel mesh to the concrete, it forms a high-strength counterweight layer, used for pipeline anti-floating or mechanical protection.

This mesh provides negative buoyancy to prevent pipeline uplift, and enhances pipeline impact and corrosion resistance, replacing traditional double-layer steel pipes while reducing steel usage and construction costs. Made of low-carbon steel wire or cold-rolled ribbed steel bars, the mesh is formed through automated welding to ensure structural stability. The counterweight layer thickness and density are customizable, offering high impact resistance and compliance with ISO 21809-5 and SY/T 7398 standards.

Optional anti-corrosion coatings (such as polymer coatings) are available to enhance resistance to acids, alkalis, and chloride ion penetration.
