CuAl9Ni5Fe3Mn2 thermal spray wire is a premium nickel aluminum bronze (NAB) alloy containing approximately 9% aluminum, 5% nickel, 3% iron and 2% manganese.
It is designed for arc spray and flame spray processes, forming high-strength, wear-resistant and seawater-corrosion-resistant coatings with excellent adhesion and long service life.
This alloy offers outstanding load-bearing capacity, cavitation resistance and anti-galling performance, making it an ideal coating material for marine, offshore and heavy-duty industrial applications.
