Product Overview


MNNI16CU10 thermostatic bimetallic strip (0.22mm thickness × 5mm width) is a high-sensitivity, high-resistivity thermal bimetal grade, equivalent to Chinese standard 5J20110. It is composed of a high-expansion active layer (Mn75Ni15Cu10) and a low-expansion passive layer (Ni36), manufactured through vacuum diffusion bonding and precision cold rolling. This material features large specific bending, fast thermal response, and high electrical resistivity, making it ideal for medium-temperature (-20~150°C) control, overload protection, and precision compensation components in electrical appliances, instruments, and automotive electronics.
