Product Overview


AZ91D magnesium alloy sheet from Huona is a high-strength, cast-derived magnesium alloy optimized for die-cast-like mechanical performance in rolled sheet form. Featuring a higher aluminum content (9% Al, 1% Zn) than AZ31B/AZ61A, this grade delivers exceptional hardness, yield strength, and castability, making it ideal for high-load structural components, automotive powertrain parts, and consumer electronics housings. Manufactured via precision hot rolling and T4 solution heat treatment, it offers uniform grain refinement, consistent mechanical properties, and a smooth mill finish, balancing lightweight design with industrial-grade durability.
