Cr20Ni80 (UNS N06003) Electric Resistance Alloy Wire 1.6-2.0mm for Furnace Heater
NiCr8020, also known as Cr20Ni80, is a classic nickel-chromium high-temperature resistance alloy. It features excellent high temperature resistance, outstanding oxidation resistance, stable electrical resistivity and long service life. The alloy can work continuously at high temperatures up to 1200℃, with a bright and clean surface after annealing, making it easy for winding and processing. Widely used as heating elements for industrial furnaces, muffle furnaces, tunnel kilns, electric ovens, air heaters, and various household electrical heating equipment. Custom diameter and packaging are available to meet different customer requirements.
