Ni80Cr20 (Cr20Ni80 / UNS N06003 / DIN 2.4869) nichrome strip is a high-performance nickel-chromium resistance heating alloy ribbon, composed of 80% nickel and 20% chromium. It features ultra-high temperature resistance, excellent oxidation resistance, stable resistivity and high mechanical strength under long-term high-temperature working conditions.
The alloy strip can withstand a maximum operating temperature up to 1200℃, with uniform heat generation, stable resistance value, non-magnetic property and outstanding thermal fatigue performance. It is available in bright surface, annealed oxidized surface and pickled finish, and can be customized in different thicknesses, widths, and tolerances.
