Product Description
CuNi1 is a classic binary copper-nickel alloy with nickel content ranging from 0.8% to 1.2%. Made of high-purity raw materials, it features stable composition and consistent performance. This alloy has low electrical resistivity, excellent conductivity and low temperature coefficient of resistance, maintaining reliable electrical properties during operation. Its maximum working temperature reaches 200°C. It also owns good anti-oxidation and corrosion resistance, suitable for humid and mild salt fog working conditions.
With excellent ductility and machinability, the alloy can be easily bent, welded, stamped and cut. Widely used in low-temperature thermocouples, temperature sensors, precision resistors, electronic connectors, low-voltage electrical appliances, automotive electronics, heating elements and general marine fittings.
