1J33 is a nickel-iron soft magnetic alloy belonging to the high-permeability Permalloy family. After appropriate cold working and annealing treatment, 1J33 exhibits improved soft magnetic performance, particularly in weak magnetic field conditions where it provides high sensitivity and low energy loss. However, the material is stress-sensitive, so vacuum or protective atmosphere annealing is typically required to relieve internal stress and stabilize its magnetic properties.
