1J85 Permalloy Plate, also named Supermalloy or Ni80Mo5 soft magnetic alloy sheet, is a premium iron-nickel-molybdenum soft magnetic material formulated with 79.5%-80.5% nickel and 4.8%-5.2% molybdenum, compliant with GB/T 15018 standard. It ranks among the top-tier commercial soft magnetic alloys, delivering far superior weak-field magnetic performance compared to 1J79 permalloy.
This alloy plate features ultra-high initial & maximum permeability, extremely low coercive force, near-zero magnetostriction and minimal hysteresis & eddy current loss, offering unmatched electromagnetic shielding capacity to isolate faint signal interference. After professional vacuum or hydrogen annealing treatment, the material releases internal stress and reaches its optimal stable soft magnetic properties, sensitive to ultra-low magnetic fields.
Our 1J85 plate is produced via precise cold rolling and full-process strict quality inspection, featuring uniform thickness, mirror-smooth surface finish and precise dimensional tolerance. It boasts outstanding ductility and machinability, easy to cut, stamp, bend and fabricate into integrated shielding shells, magnetic cores and sensor housings.
