• IMX678 is a CMOS active-pixel solid-state image sensor with a diagonal of 8.86 mm (type 1/1.8) and a square pixel array and 8.4 million effective pixels. The IMX678 low-light camera chip is powered by a triple power supply of analog 3.3V, digital 1.1V and interface 1.8V, with low power consumption. High sensitivity, low dark current and no smear are achieved by adopting R, G and B primary color mosaic filters. The chip has an electronic shutter with variable charge integration time.
