Operating Principle
- Loading: Mount cylindrical or rectangular sponge blanks onto the spindle center and secure with end pins.
- Parameter Setting: Input desired slice thickness, quantity, and other parameters via the touchscreen interface.
- Start: Machine activates with spindle rotation and high-speed disc blade operation.
- Cutting: Blade carriage moves uniformly along guide rails from one end to the other, slicing sponge layers with high-speed precision.
- Discharging: Cut sponge discs fall naturally or are collected by auxiliary devices for operator or automated handling.
- Reset: Blade carriage automatically returns to starting position after each cut cycle.
