Converts large three-dimensional sponge foam blocks into precise two-dimensional sheets or profiles of specific thickness and size, providing standardized raw materials for downstream manufacturing processes.

1. Loading: Position sponge blank on feed platform against hydraulic push plate
2. Parameter Setting: Input slice thickness and total slice count via touchscreen
3. Start-up: Activate high-speed rotating cutting blade
4. Feeding: Servo/hydraulic system advances sponge to preset thickness
5. Cutting: High-speed blade performs horizontal cut to produce specified thickness sheet
6. Discharging: Cut sponge sheet transfers to discharge conveyor for removal
7. Loop: Process repeats automatically until programmed slice count is complete
